Home made make-up brush cleanser
Make-up brushes are a breading ground and therefore need regular cleaning at least every two to four weeks.
First things first you will need:
- Jug
- Bottled water
- 50ml alcohol Isopropyl
- Half a tablespoon of dish-washing soap
- Half a tablespoon of mild shampoo
- One tablespoon of leave-in conditioner
- Mix all together
- Pour mixture into a spray bottle
To use:
- Spray onto the bristles of each make-up brush until they are dampened throughout with the cleanser.
- Rub gently until leathered a little
- Run under lukewarm water until they run clear
- You may need to repeat depending on how dirty your brushes are
- Dry the brushes across a clean towel, then lay flat on the towel to finish drying.
